Last night, as part of the 48 hr Film Challenge I was at the kick off to give the entrants some tips on what not to do - music licensing, shooting with visible logos etc. It was fun to see all the people who's films I'm going to be watching on Wednesday. As soon as it was over, they immediately split off and started working hard on the script and everything.
What was really weird was being called a "TV Personality." It was a little surreal to hear that reference to me....kind of in the same vane as getting fanmail. The idea that people watch and like what they see is always a complete shocker to me! Plus, things like fanmail make me giddy like a schoolgirl.
